Baron Felician Myrbach von Rheinfeld was born in Zaleszczyki, Ukraine, and died in Klagenfurt. Myrbach (sometimes called Myrbach-Rheinfeld) was Director of the Vienna School of Arts and Crafts, where he employed forward-looking professors such as Franz Cisek. Felician Myrbach was a leading figure in the Vienna Secession, and also lived and worked in France and Spain.
